2. Data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect the following personal data, freely provided by you:

• Name (required)
• Email (required)
• Phone (optional)
• Project type and project brief (required)

We also collect some technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, referer page and any UTM parameters present in the URL, for security, anonymous statistics and abuse prevention.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Reply to your request — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Legal obligations (e.g. tax-related, if a contract is signed) — Art. 6.1.c GDPR.
• System security and spam prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for direct marketing without separate, specific consent.

4. Retention

Contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle your request and, if a contract is signed, for the time required by tax obligations (10 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients

Data stays on our servers. Only studio members handling bookings have access. No transfer outside the European Union.

6. Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights granted by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. To exercise them write to [email protected].

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority, www.gpdp.it).
